Revive EMS are looking to expand our team of event paramedics. We are looking for candidates who are committed to delivering outstanding pre-hospital care. Your responsibilities will include assessing, treating, managing and referring patients who are unwell or having difficult experiences. Paramedics may work autonomously or as part of a larger event medical team.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding patient care within clinical scope of practice
- Identifying when a patient needs more advanced clinical intervention and promptly requesting the necessary support
- Supporting other healthcare professionals in the safe and effective delivery of care
- Maintain a high standard of documentation where required
- Utilise provided equipment safely and effectively
- Maintain patient confidentiality at all times
- Adhere to Revive EMS policies and procedures, report equipment issues, and dynamically assess risks to protect the health, safety and welfare of patients, the public and other members of staff
- Provide clinical leadership and support to event medical teams, first responders and other healthcare professionals
Essential
- HCPC registration
- Evidence of continuing professional development and mandatory training
- Clean DBS enhanced certificate on the update service
- Experience of delivering excellent patient care
- Excellent verbal, listening and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
Desirable
- Recent experience of frontline (999) ambulance work
- Recognised blue-light driving qualification (CERAD, NHS, etc)
- Advanced clinical qualifications
